Other areas considered , within reason - in terms of traveling distances but please contact me first to arrange. I may have to charge extra if distance excessive .

FEES : I charge a standard fee of £40 per approx 30 minute appoinment ( this includes any additional  traveling time, within reason, to get to you) .

I may have to charge more if you are outside any of the areas covered above. Most basic paddings and dressings are included but any special dressings or creams etc supplied will be charged extra.

SIMPLY HEALTH OR SIMILAR ?
RECEIPTS GIVEN WITH WHICH YOU CAN RECLAIM PART OF THE FEE BACK.
I am HCPC Registered which qualifies you to claim part fees back ,so please tell me.

Broken appointments with no notice or less than 6 hours notice given will be charged for at £20.
